Made to Order
All Native Attire garments are made to order. This means your item is created specifically for you after your order is placed, rather than being held in stock.
Because of this, production times are slightly longer than mass-produced clothing, but allow us to focus on quality, clean materials, and more considered production.
Processing & Production Times
Once your order is placed, it typically takes 2–5 working days for your item to be produced before it is dispatched.
During busy periods, production times may be slightly longer, but we’ll always aim to process your order as quickly as possible.
Delivery Times
Once dispatched, delivery times for our products typically range from 4–6 working days, depending on your location and local courier services.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow its progress.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For orders shipped outside the UK, customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total.
Incorrect Address Information
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
