Refund policy

Because each Native Attire piece is made to order, returns are handled slightly differently to mass-produced clothing. This allows us to focus on quality over volume, but it does mean we need to be clear about how returns work.

If there’s an issue with your order, please get in touch — we’ll always do our best to help.

You have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In the same condition you received it

  • With original tags attached

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

If your return is approved, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your item.

Made to Order & Sizing

All of our garments are made specifically for you once an order is placed. For this reason, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges where an incorrect size has been selected.

Detailed sizing information is provided on every product page to help you choose the best fit. If you are between sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size for a more comfortable fit.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at hello@nativeattire.com. We will always make things right in these cases, whether that’s a replacement or a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification.

Items must be returned unworn, unused, with tags attached, in their original packaging, and with proof of purchase.

Please note that made-to-order sizing exclusions still apply. This means returns are not accepted where an incorrect size has been selected, unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the payment.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at hello@nativeattire.com.
