FAQs

Are your products really 100% organic cotton?

Yes. All Native Attire garments are made using 100% organic cotton. We choose organic cotton because it’s naturally softer, breathable, and free from the harsh chemicals often used in conventional cotton production.

What does “organic cotton” mean in simple terms?

Organic cotton is grown without synthetic pesticides, fertilisers, or chemical treatments. For us, the most important benefit is that it results in cleaner fabric that feels better on the skin, especially for everyday wear.

Are your clothes suitable for sensitive skin?

Many of our customers choose Native Attire specifically because they’re mindful of what sits on their skin. While everyone’s skin is different, our garments are made using clean, organic cotton, which many people find gentler and more comfortable than conventional fabrics.

Are your products vegan?

Yes. All Native Attire products are vegan, meaning they contain no animal-derived materials.

What does “made to order” mean?

Each item is made after you place your order, rather than being mass produced in advance. This allows us to work more intentionally, avoid unnecessary overproduction, and focus on quality over volume.

Does made to order affect delivery times?

Because your item is made specifically for you, delivery can take a little longer than off-the-shelf clothing. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout, and we’ll always keep you informed if there are any delays.

How should I wash and care for my garment?

To keep your clothing looking and feeling its best:

  • Wash inside out on a cool cycle
  • Avoid harsh detergents
  • Air dry where possible

Good care helps extend the life of the fabric and reduces unnecessary wear.

How do your clothes fit?

Our garments are designed for everyday comfort with relaxed, wearable fits. Size guides are available on each product page to help you choose the best size for you.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Because each item is made to order, returns are handled slightly differently than mass-produced clothing. If there’s an issue with your order, please get in touch and we’ll always do our best to help. Full details can be found on our Returns & Exchanges page.
